As a senior professional services leader at CBIG with twenty-plus years of experience in a multitude of industries, John continues to stay true to this philosophy. John’s willingness to dive in and motivate others to do the same to achieve common goals makes him the ideal person responsible for the profitable strategic growth of CBIG’s professional services, with a focus on solution offerings enhancements, business development, delivery of best-in-class solutions, and staff development.
John’s role at CBIG as Vice President of Operations takes full advantage of all his talents toward maintaining sustained growth, business solution creation, and adherence to industry best practices. To support these productivity and profitability goals, John offers a unique perspective to CBIG’s operations team, combining sound financial sense, quality team leadership, and an amazing talent for organization. Both as a Captain in the U.S. Army and in civilian life with other professional service firms, John’s vast experience includes analyzing and solving complex business problems while executing large operating budgets for multi-tiered organizations. His staffing and supervisory expertise stems from years of leading project teams on a multitude of assignments. John is highly proficient in developing and executing solution implementation plans that comprise many moving parts, including multiple executive stakeholders, diverse technologies, matrixed resources, and geographically dispersed users.
John possesses a deep understanding of project management and data warehousing theory. He has practical experience in delivering numerous business intelligence and corporate performance management applications, including enterprise data warehouse, operational data store, data mart, and financial planning and consolidation solutions. He consistently delivers measurable results in high priority, aggressive, and challenging environments.
At CBIG, John will also be involved in methodology and project management governance and client satisfaction as these topics relate to CBIG’s overall operations. John completed his secondary education at the University of Delaware and served four years on active duty as a U.S. Army officer.
