Vice President of Talent Acquisition
Matt Mueller brings 20+ years of national recruiting and placement experience in the IT jobs sector. Beginning in 2000, his staffing focus shifted toward the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics disciplines. An integral member of CBIG Consulting since 2007, Matt manages the organization’s talent acquisition initiatives. He continually dedicates his efforts and commitment to finding the right fit for CBIG’s growing open-position opportunities.
Matt collaborates with executive leadership in driving the organizational, programmatic and individual performance goals from a culture management perspective, developing and overseeing organizational programs that focus on advancing CBIG’s mission. He also works with colleagues across all of CBIG’s business units—management, professional staff and administrative support—to integrate and monitor workforce planning and analysis, talent recruitment needs, staff learning and professional development, performance management, and staff incentive programs.
Additionally, Matt manages CBIG Consulting’s Recruiting and Managed Service Division.
Matt possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Valparaiso University.
